Police Say 2 Terrorists Were Killed, Bodies Were Recovered, and a Search Operation Is Underway After the Kulgam Encounter

In an encounter that took place between security personnel and terrorists on Wednesday in the Kulgam area of Jammu and Kashmir, two terrorists were killed.

Authorities have recovered the remains of the two terrorists who were slain, according to a statement from the Kashmir Zone Police to channel X. “#KulgamEncounterUpdate: 02 #terrorists killed,” they wrote. The bodies of the terrorists who were killed are being removed from the scene of the confrontation.

According to the authorities, the confrontation began in the Kujjar region of the south Kashmir province.
