Present-day PO and APO training

The training session for the presiding officers and assistant presiding officers of the district’s seven Assembly seats will take place on Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to district collector Dr. K Madhavi Latha. A specific arrangement will be created for the training program’s postal ballot delivery, and 12 D forms will be gathered.

She issued a warning that if the personnel designated for election duty fail to report for duty, Section-28A of the RP Act, 1951, would be invoked. Through a video conference with the Constituency Returning officials and other attached officials from the Collector’s camp office, the Collector inspected the training program preparations.

Employees participating in the training course must get instructions on election-related tasks, Epic cards, Aadhar Xerox, and Form 12D. The collector declared that the first EVM randomization procedure had been completed successfully.
