Regarding Rahul Gandhi’s alleged alteration to the Constitution, Ramdas Athawale lodges a complaint with the Election Commission

Ramdas Athawale, the Union Minister of State for Social Justice, has lodged a protest with the Election Commission over Congressman Rahul Gandhi’s continuous claims that the BJP will alter the nation’s Constitution.

Prominent Dalit politician and BJP supporter Athawale told reporters on Wednesday that Gandhi shouldn’t be allowed to make statements like that.

“If the BJP wins back power, Rahul Gandhi has repeatedly said that the party intends to amend the Constitution. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, meanwhile, has repeatedly denied these accusations,” he stated.

“My protest about Gandhi’s repeated claims has been sent to the Election Commission. The minister said, “He should be prevented from making such remarks and should face consequences.
