RSS chief Indresh Kumar said, “Follow your religion, but don’t insult others”

In response to a comment made by Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, RSS leader Indresh Kumar said on Sunday that politicians who incite animosity in the nation have to be held in check.
We are a multi-religious nation because of humanism, globalism, and democracy, according to RSS chief Indresh Kumar. Respect and uphold your own faith while upholding the religions of others. They are opposed to democracy, humanity, God, peace, progress, and prosperous countries.Parties and the public should stop such politicians in order to prevent the development of hate throughout the country.

At the “Santana Abolition Conference,” MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi remarked, “Uprooting Sanatan Dharma means maintaining humanity and human equality. Aside from that, he likened Sanatan Dharma to ailments like dengue, malaria, or the Coronavirus, saying that only a few things should be despised. We must destroy dengue, mosquitoes, malaria, and corona because we cannot fight them. That is how we drive out Satan. Sanatana should be removed, not opposed,” he stated.

Since Udhayanidhi publicly declared his intention to eradicate Sanatan Dharma, he has faced intense criticism. His comment has drawn criticism from some BJP leaders.

In the meanwhile, on September 3rd, a Supreme Court attorney reported Udhyanidhi Stalin to the Delhi Police. Vineet Jindal, the complainant, said that Stalin’s son made a provocative, offensive, disparaging, and incendiary remark against Sanatam Dharm. He said that Udhayanidhi Stalin’s calls for the abolition of Sanatan dharma had damaged his religious feelings as a Hindu and adherent of that philosophy.

The complaint said that Udhayanidhi’s comparison of Sanatan dharma to mosquitoes, dengue, and corona and his urge to exterminate them demonstrate his intention to advocate for and call for the genocide of adherents of Hindu dharma.

I never asked for the killing of individuals who follow Sanatan Dharma, stated Udhayanidhi on his X account on Saturday. Sanatan Dharma is a philosophy that uses caste and religion as a means of dividing people. Humanity and equality are upheld by eradicating Sanatan Dharma.

“I strongly stand by what I’ve said. I spoke on behalf of those who are marginalized and oppressed as a result of Sanatan Dharma. I’m prepared to provide Periyar and Ambedkar’s substantial writings—who did in-depth study on Sanatan Dharma and its detrimental effects on society—in any venue, he said on X.

“Let me restate the key point of my speech: I think Sanatan Dharma is to blame for many societal ills, much as mosquitoes transmit illnesses like COVID-19, dengue, and malaria. In a court of law or the court of the people, I am ready to face any obstacles that may arise. Stop disseminating false information, he said.

In response to the comments made by the DMK Minister, the deputy chief minister of Chhattisgarh, TS Singh Deo, said on Sunday that Sanatana Dharma is a well-established way of life and should be entirely respected, adding that Udhayanidhi Stalin’s comments on it reflect his own perspective.

“This may be his individual viewpoint. There are many different faiths in the world, and everyone has the right to make such comments about whatever religion they want. Sanatana Dharma is a well-known style of life and a kind of religion. It ought to be fully honored, he added.

In the meanwhile, the BJP attacked MK Stalin’s son for his comments as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. The DMK leader Udayanidhi Stalin’s comments about “Sanatan Dharma” infuriated the BJP President JP Nadda, who on Sunday claimed that “Mohabbat ki Dukan” is inciting hatred and questioned whether INDIA Bloc leaders would employ an anti-Hindu strategy in the upcoming elections.

“Does Udayanidhi’s declaration fit into the INDIA alliance’s political plan? In the future elections, would you use this anti-Hindu tactic? You have repeatedly shown that you despise everything having to do with our nation, and your “Mohabbat ki Dukan is spreading hate,” he said.

By stating that “Sanatana Dharma should be abolished,” DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin allegedly committed an anti-national crime, according to BJP leader Sushil Modi, who also questioned the INDIA alliance’s major leaders’ silence on the matter.

“Udhayanidhi Stalin has to be arrested and imprisoned. He is inciting enmity in the neighborhood. Rahul Gandhi declares, “Nafrat ke bazaar mein Mohabbat ki dukaan,” while a prominent member of their Tamil Nadu ally calls for the full eradication of “Sanatana Dharma.” This is a nationalist deed, according to Sushil Modi.
