Salman Khurshid takes issue with the Prime Minister’s claim that “Congress will bulldoze temple.”

Salman Khurshid, a former Union minister, expressed his severe disapproval of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s accusation that the Congress “will bulldoze the Ram temple” in Ayodhya if it were to come to power on Saturday.

Khurshid further reminded Modi that “the entire nation has accepted the temple that was built in accordance with a Supreme Court verdict” at a news conference at the state Congress headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram.

“The Prime Minister ought to keep in mind that the Supreme Court, not him, deserves all the credit for building the temple. As all things belong to God, so do houses of worship. Khurshid said, “It is regrettable that the Prime Minister is using such rhetoric.

“Our party believes in the rule of law,” said the senior Congress politician, who had previously held positions in the UPA administration in the areas of law and justice and minority affairs. We are not interested in demolishing any house of worship.

He also laughed at the recent accusations made by Modi against the Congress, saying things like “We will rob women of their mangalsutras and take away buffaloes from cattle owners.”

At a news conference held at the party headquarters in Patna, Congress leader Salman Khurshid was accompanied by AICC state incharge Mohan Prakash and other others.

“The PM also said that the Muslim League was represented in our manifesto. Khurshid said, “He need to clarify for us when he had a chance to peruse the Muslim League’s platform in order to make this analogy.

The PM’s and other top BJP officials’ accusations, according to the Congress politician, are “proof that even they have begun to sense that we are coming to power.”

“Either way, we are sure that we will win the elections. As soon as we take office, we will keep our word to end the Agniveer program and provide the impoverished a free 10-kg ration. “The Right to Food Act, which was passed during the UPA government, is credited for the five kg ration scheme that the BJP has been bragging about,” Khurshid added.

At a news conference held at the party headquarters in Patna, Congress leader Salman Khurshid was accompanied by AICC state incharge Mohan Prakash and other others.

The senior Congressman became enraged at comments made by BJP leaders characterizing a segment of the public as “Pakistan supporters” and said, “Let them send their children to the neighboring country which they so frequently refer to in their discourse.”
