Sri Jyotirvastu Vidyapeetham in Hyderabad Installs Water Booths Despite Extreme Heat

For the last 14 years, Sri Jyotirvastu Vidyapeetham, Sangareddy, in Hyderabad has placed water booths in public areas to slake people’s thirst in response to the growing heat in Telangana. This volunteer organization’s members have been showing compassion for many years by putting up refreshing water booths to relieve people’s thirst throughout the dry season. Furthermore, it arranges initiatives for the distribution of buttermilk.

Sangareddy is home to the Sri Jyotirvastu Vidya Peetham, which oversees a number of utility initiatives. A cooling water booth and a petal shed were recently built in Sangareddy, next to the new bus stop. It is customary for them to erect a cooling water booth nearby when the dry season arrives. In light of this, travelers on this route get relief from their thirst at this location.

Additionally, this place is mostly used by travelers to slake their thirst. The chairman said that for the last 14 years, they have been erecting a cooling water booth for this purpose.

Speaking with Local 18, the locals said that Vidyapeetham hosts the cooling water booth in many Sangareddy wards each summer. Using these refreshing water booths to relieve people’s thirst is a fantastic idea.

In addition, the Mahameru Temple was built by the Sri Jyothirvastu Vidyapeetham. Every year, it hosts a number of events that include followers. Hundreds of devotees took part in the Jyothirvastu Vidyapeetham’s Rudra Bandhanam event in 2022, using a creative technique.

The organizers intended to enlist the help of the devotees to move the shilas from the temple’s basement to a height of 27 feet. During the fourth stage of the temple’s construction, worshippers gathered outside and assisted in moving some 10,000 shilas to the higher level of the basement.
