Teams from the CRPF and Panchkula police conduct a flag march in Kalka, Pinjore

Before the next general election, the Panchkula police, the District Administration, and CRPF units conducted a flag-march in Kalka and Pinjore to inspire confidence in the local populace. In order to guarantee that there are no unpleasant incidents during the voting process, the General Election will be conducted in a free, fair, and peaceful way, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police Himadri Kaushik.

According to her, the agency has set up eight interstate border checkpoints and maintains communication with the neighboring district police forces. At the checks, she claimed, the police will closely observe each individual and each vehicle.

According to police, SDM Lakshya Sarin, Pinjore Station House Officer Sombir Singh Dhaka, Kalka Station House Officer Hari Ram, and Kalka ACP Joginder Sharma led the flag march on Thursday.

Additionally, the police have asked everyone in the city who has an arms license to turn in their firearms to the police on time.
