The threat of stray dogs persists in Panipat

Dog herds are a major annoyance to the locals, as they can be seen wandering about on internal streets, city roads, and parks in every residential neighborhood. The elderly, children, bicyclists, and pedestrians are all targeted by stray dogs. To reduce the number of dogs, department authorities should start a large-scale sterilization program.

Nothing is done to guarantee cleanliness

The Karnal Municipal Corporation says that the city is kept clean, yet the parks show that this is untrue since trash is strewn all over the place. There is nothing being done by the administration to maintain cleanliness. Although the issue has been brought up with the authorities, nothing has been done about it. In this respect, action should be taken by the authorities.
