Those who refer to Sanatan as “dengue, malaria” are undeserving of a single seat: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked the INDIA group on Tuesday, claiming that the Congress and its allies are lying under the Constitution. He said that Sanatanis made up 80–90% of the Constituent Assembly members.

At a rally in the Gaya region of Bihar, Modi said, “The NDA upholds the Constitution.” A crucial figure in the drafting of the Constitution was Dr. Rajendra Prasad. It was prepared by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Those who misuse Sanatan should pay close attention to this: 80–90% of the members of the Constituent Assembly who drafted the Indian Constitution were Sanatanis, and they helped Ambedkar create such a fantastic document.

The statements were made the day after RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav claimed, citing recent statements made by several BJP officials, that the party intended to amend the Constitution.

Additionally, Modi said that leaders of the opposing parties, such as the RJD and the Congress, were using the Constitution for political ends.

Speaking about the RJD, Modi stated, “This election is only to punish arrogant alliance leaders.” He called RJD a symbol of “jungle raj and corruption.” Its purpose is to penalize individuals who oppose the Center’s efforts to transform India into a “Viksit Bharat” and who are against the Constitution.”

The opposition refers to Santana dharma as “dengue and malaria,” according to the PM. “They are not worthy of a single seat at all. They need to be disciplined. Only in the cause of social justice do the RJD and the Congress engage in political activity, according to Modi.

Speaking to the assembly in Purnea, Bihar, the prime minister said that if the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) was re-elected, there would be a crackdown on illegal immigration in the Seemanchal area, which thrived during the RJD-Congress government.

Purnea is bordered by Bangladesh and Nepal. “Vote bank politics has enabled illegal immigration to continue unchecked in the Seemanchal area, posing a serious threat to public safety and negatively impacting the region’s impoverished population, notably Dalits. According to Modi, they have often been assaulted and had their homes set on fire.

“Modi is not going to be stopped or be scared,” he said, warning those who are against the CAA.

First phase votes are held in Gaya, a reserved seat from which former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi is contesting as an NDA candidate. JD(U) candidate Santosh Kumar Kushwaha is running from Purnea. Kushwaha is the current Purnea MP.
