Director General of Police Jammu and Kashmir RR Swain said on Sunday that three “hybrid” terrorists had been taken into custody after the assault on a policeman in the Bemina district of Srinagar city last week.

On December 9, Constable Muhammad Hafeez Chak was assaulted on his way home from work.

Giving specifics, the DGP said that the attack’s planner, Danish Ahmad Malla, was contacted by terrorist Arjumand, also known as Hamza Burhan, who was located in Pakistan.

According to authorities, terrorists who carry out assaults before resuming their regular lives are known as hybrids.
