Two MoD personnel go to Sainik School to look into a possible “assault.”

Today, two top Ministry of Defense (MoD) personnel came to Sainik School here to look into the issue of the alleged March 30 attack on Major Avinash Kumar, the administrative officer, by a group of locals.

Today, RK Yadav, the principal and one of the suspects in the case, resigned from his position. The position of principal has been assumed by vice-principal Sunaina Chahar.

In order to confirm the authenticity of the occurrence, the MoD officials not only examined the crime scene but also recorded the testimony of a few workers. According to reports, they will send their findings to higher authorities so that they may take appropriate action.

Following the filing of a formal complaint in the matter, the MoD attached the administrative officer and the principal to different locations on Tuesday. In the March 31 filed FIR, Major Kumar said that Yadav had taken down the school’s CCTV on March 9 and that the attack was prearranged. Furthermore, he claimed that Yadav had encouraged the people to assault him.

“I filed a complaint with the Sainik Schools Society over the removal of CCTV cameras, but nothing was done about it. I managed to get away from the location after the attack on March 30 and took refuge at the vice principal’s home. I then gave the cops a call. When the vice-principal and I returned to my office, the lock had been changed and the CCTV hard drive had been taken out in order to erase the film, he said in the FIR.

Nine people have been charged by the police. Yadav said, “Today, I handed over the charge of principal to the vice-principal,” denouncing the accusation as unfounded. We are assisting the authorities in their investigation into the event. The cops are receiving DVRs and CCTVs.

The Khol Police Station SHO said that no arrests have been made as of yet.
