Celebrities React to Virat Kohli’s 50th ODI Hundred, Breaking Sachin Tendulkar’s All-Time Record Against New Zealand

On Wednesday, during the 2023 ODI World Cup semi-final at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, Virat Kohli scored his 50th century against New Zealand, shattering the record for the most hundreds achieved by any batter in ODI history. In the 42nd over of India’s innings, the former captain of the country scored two runs off Lockie Ferguson.

With his century on Wednesday, Kohli surpassed Tendulkar, who concluded his career with 100 international hundreds, with 80 international hundreds.

Several Bollywood stars have sent their wishes to Kohli on this historic occasion and responded to his record-breaking achievement.

He was dubbed “The undisputed KING of the cricket world” by Randeep Hooda.

For those who don’t know, in 2008, Kohli played his first ODI match in Dambulla against Sri Lanka. He was also a member of the Indian teams that won the Champions Trophy in England in 2013 and the ODI World Cup in 2011.
