Happy Birthday, Yuzvendra Chahal! Here’s a look at his 33rd birthday’s career and accomplishments

Yuzvendra Chahal, one of the best spinners of the current generation, turned 33 on Sunday.

Chahal has been a crucial member of Team India since his international debut in 2016, and he has contributed significantly to the team’s success in white-ball cricket.

Chahal has played in 72 ODIs for India. He has recorded 121 wickets in these. The average of these wickets is 27.13. His 6/42 bowling average is his best in this format. In ODI cricket, he has five four-wicket hauls and two five-wicket hauls.

Anil Kumble (334 kills) leads the list of Team India’s best ODI wicket-takers, with him at number 18.

He competed for Team India in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup, which India won and advanced to the semifinals. He recorded 12 wickets in eight games, and Men in Blue benefited greatly from his “KulCha” spin tandem with Kuldeep Yadav.

This spinner has also represented Team India in 75 T20Is. He has taken 91 wickets in them, averaging 24.68 per wicket. His T20Is economy rate is 8.13. His 6/25 bowling average is his best. In T20Is, he has two hauls of four wickets and one of five.

His bowling average of 5/40 is his best. In his IPL career, he has six four-wicket hauls and one five-wicket haul.

In 2013, while playing for the Mumbai Indians, he won the IPL. From 2014 to 21 he played for RCB, and from 2022 on he played for Rajasthan Royals.

He has 320 total wickets at an average of 23.64 in 278 T20 games, with a high of 6/25. In Twenty20 cricket, he is India’s most successful bowler.

Chahal must perform well for Team India if India is to win the 2023 Cricket World Cup.
