MS Dhoni will have knee surgery and visits the same specialist who treated Rishabh Pant

After winning his sixth Indian Premier League championship on Monday night, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper MS Dhoni immediately flew to Mumbai to consult on his damaged knee.To consult with a doctor about his ailing knee, which he has managed till the start of the IPL 2023 season, MS Dhoni travelled to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital. The director of sports medicine at the hospital, Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala, who specialises in sports orthopaedics, is who the Chennai Super Kings captain, MS Dhoni, is considering for surgery on Thursday for his knee, according to reports.

Rishab Pant, the captain of the Delhi Capitals and a wicketkeeper-batter, is being treated by Dr. Pardiwala.After his horrific road accident in December of the previous year, Rishabh Pant was disqualified from the whole IPL 2023 season.

According to the report, Dhoni spoke briefly with the CSK management before taking out for Mumbai. Along with the Dhoni family, the franchise has really sent Dr. Madhu Thottappil, the team physician, to Mumbai. The team has also said that he will have surgery in order to completely recuperate for the next season.Maybe Dhoni won’t participate in the next season, freeing up Rs 15 crore for the mini-auction.
