RCB star suffered a loss of 96 lakhs, his loved ones snatched a big chance of earning

Sri Lanka's star cricketer Wanindu Hasaranga's star is on the rise these days. He has gained a lot of fame in the last two years due to his mystery spin. He is an important part of the Sri Lankan team's ODI and T20 setup. Along with this, he is also in huge demand in different franchise cricket leagues of the world. In the IPL, he became a part of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for Rs 10.75 crore. He was going to fulfill one such demand, but his board i.e. Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) put such a hurdle that Rs 96 lakh slipped from Hasaranga's hand.

Stopped going to The Hundred, missed 96 lakhs
According to a report by cricket website ESPNcricinfo, Hasaranga was signed by the Manchester Originals team for the current season of The Hundred, a tournament organized by the England Cricket Board. The agreement was already done between the two and for this, Hasaranga was to get around 96 lakh rupees as fees for the current season, but the Sri Lankan board did not accept this and they refused to allow Hasaranga. The second season of The Hundred started on Wednesday 3 August and Manchester's first match is on Friday 5 August.

Stopped due to Asia Cup and World Cup
According to the report, the Sri Lankan board has not given Hasaranga a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to participate in The Hundred. Due to this Hasaranga had to end his contract with Manchester. In this regard, SLC Chief Executive Officer Ashley D'Silva has been quoted in the report as saying that the board has taken this step so that Hasaranga is mentally and physically ready for the upcoming Asia Cup and then the ICC T20 World Cup to be held in October. Stay fit and fit in general.

The Asia Cup was to be played in Sri Lanka later this month, but now it will be held in the United Arab Emirates. On August 27, Sri Lanka will face Afghanistan in the very first match of the tournament.

Advantage of hitting 72 runs in 28 balls
In such a situation, Hasaranga had to terminate the contract and lost Rs 96 lakh. This has benefited South Africa's new batting sensatio,n Tristan Stubbs. Just a few days ago in England, 21-year-old aggressive batsman Stubbs not only surprised everyone by playing astonishing innings of 72 runs in just 28 balls against Englan but also caught the attention of the world. Then against England itself, he demonstrated his fielding ability by taking a sensational catch with one hand. In such a situation, it is normal for franchisees to run after them. According to the report, Manchester has signed Stubbs.
