The complete roster of the Punjab Kings for the 2024 Indian Premier League, along with the top purchases and open slots, are listed below

The scene is ready for the first-ever Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 player auction, which is cricket’s major theatrical production. It will take place in Dubai. This year’s auction will take place outside of India, defying convention and giving the high-stakes drama that enthralls viewers every summer a global perspective.

The Punjab Kings, led by experienced Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan, purposefully chose to hold onto their key players and released seven others before the IPL 2024 retention deadline. Baltej Singh, Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Mohit Rathee, Raj Angad Bawa, Shahrukh Khan, Matthew Short, and Gurnoor Brar are among the players who have been released.

Punjab Kings will actively participate in the auction with substantial cash at their disposal, aiming for important acquisitions to bolster their bowling lineup and fill any roster holes.

Jonny Bairstow, Atharva Taide, Harpreet Singh, Shivam Singh, Arshdeep Singh, Harpreet Brar, Kagiso Rabada, Nathan Ellis, Rahul Chahar, Vidwath Kaverappa, Liam Livingstone, Rishi Dhawan, Sam Curran, Sikandar Raza, Jitesh Sharma, and Prabhsimran Singh are all players who have played for Shikhar Dhawan (captain).
