Today is India’s batting sensation Virat Kohli’s 35th birthday, and congratulations are flooding social media and other platforms. Most people agree that Kohli is among the best hitters to have ever played the game.

When Kohli first began playing for his country, he was well-known for his confrontational style and tendency to stir up controversy with his actions on the field. Both admirers and detractors praised him for his brash celebrations, whether he reached a century or lost a wicket.

He has acknowledged that era is already over, however. Even if he doesn’t celebrate a century as much as he once did, his celebrations upon getting a wicket nevertheless serve as a reminder of how he used to agitate opponents.

On his birthday, however, Kohli unveiled a brand-new haircut, and images of him wearing it went viral on social media.

In their eighth encounter of the current ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, India—led by Rohit Sharma—will take on South Africa with the goal of extending their winning run.

The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) is planning a lavish birthday celebration for Kohli, and the match will take place at Eden Gardens.

According to many sources, in addition to pyrotechnics, a laser display, a special present, and a birthday cake, thousands of Kohli masks would be given out to supporters during the match.

With 442 runs from seven innings at the current world cup, Kohli is third on the list of best run scorers. He has been in excellent form. Having amassed a century and four half-centuries, he has been instrumental in securing India’s semi-final berth.

The next goal for India will be to lead the points standings. They will play South Africa, who are the second team to make it to the semifinals and having only lost one of their seven games played.
