According to Akhilesh Yadav, the BJP is becoming concerned about SP’s expansion in UP
Former chief minister and president of the Samajwadi Party Akhilesh Yadav said that the BJP was now concerned that the Samajwadi Party had become strong enough to beat the saffron party in the Lok Sabha elections.
At the conclusion of a two-day training camp for them here in the historic religious town of Naimisharanya on Saturday, the Samajwadi leader encouraged the party members who had travelled from distant locations in the 46-degree heat by saying that the organisation needed to be strengthened all the way down to the booth level in order to succeed.
The BJP has consistently gained voters by uttering falsehoods, according to Yadav. Up to this point, the BJP’s pledges have not been kept. The Samajwadi Party leaders are being falsely accused by the BJP administration. Is it political? This time, the people will defeat the BJP.
He said that the BJP created a new term to follow the “soft Hindutva” route. We only need to be harsh, he added, noting that they were already extremely soft.
Yadav said that the media and networks are contacting the UP police. The BJP has destroyed the police. Its actions are now disgraceful. According to reports, the police are detaining other cops after they are accused of stealing 50 kilogrammes of silver. The BJP administration has given the police carte blanche to demand money.
He emphasised that according to National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data, Uttar Pradesh has the highest rate of fatalities while being held by the police. In the BJP government, fabricated cases are being written. In Uttar Pradesh, there were around 15,000 encounters, in which 5,000 people were hurt and several unarmed civilians were murdered.
Yadav promised that the Samajwadi Party would conduct a caste census anytime they had the opportunity, and that they will press the government to do so as long as they are not in power. Caste censuses are necessary to attain social fairness.
He said that the government could perform a caste census in a matter of months if they so desired thanks to modern technologies. They don’t count for any strategy; they just count for themselves. The Babasaheb Constitution is being dismantled by the BJP-led government. There is a plot afoot to abolish the system of reservations for the underprivileged, the backward, and Dalits.
The leader of SP said that the BJP’s “triple engine” administration had entirely failed. At their height, unemployment and inflation. Everything now has higher pricing. Food products, cooking gas, fuel and petrol have all increased in price. The large capitalists are reaping the benefits of all of this. Although MoUs were signed in the guise of investment, nothing was really evident.
National Vice President Kiranmoy Nanda said at the training camp that the Samajwadi government was responsible for all of the state’s development efforts. The Lok Sabha elections in 2024 would be difficult for us. We must swear to win the elections and build up the group all the way down to the polling places.
