A money order of Rs 501 was sent as a gift in the name of his brother-in-law Govind Agarwal, resident of Bankeganj. This money order reached Govind Agarwal exactly 10 months later on Thursday. When the postman told him about the money order, he got confused.

After receiving the money order, when he saw the slip, he understood the whole point and was astonished to know that the postal department took 10 months to cover the distance of 18 km. In this regard, the postmaster of Bankeganj Post Office Ram Prasad Mitra said that the money order sent from Mailani could not be uploaded into the system. As a result, there was a delay in the arrival of the money order. He told that not only this, 37 money orders arrived in the post office on Thursday. Some of them are one year old and some are two years old. After receiving the money order, they are being distributed.
