The Uttar Pradesh unit of Congress is going to start the second phase of 'Prakshan Se Parakram Maha Abhiyan' from September 15. In this phase, the party will train about 30,000 office-bearers in 100 training camps. State Congress's Media and Communication Department convener Lalan Kumar said on Tuesday that the second phase of 'Prakshan Se Parakram Maha Abhiyan' will start on Wednesday. In this phase, about 30 thousand office bearers will be trained in 100 training camps.

He said that a special training task force has been constituted at the state headquarters since July for the training of the officials, which is continuously carrying out the training work.

25 thousand workers were trained

Kumar told that in the first phase of 'Prakshan Se Parakram Mahabhiyan', the Congress had trained about 25 thousand of its workers. District wise, in the first phase of this 11-day campaign, seven master trainer teams trained Block Presidents, Ward Presidents and Nyaya Panchayat Presidents along with District and Municipal Committee officials in all the districts of the state. Now this campaign is starting in every assembly constituency.

He said that under this campaign, Congress has started a campaign to train two lakh office bearers through 700 training camps. This campaign will be completed in four phases.

In this training program, training is being given on five different subjects. Special focus is being given on booth management. Training is being given on how to prepare your people at the booth. Simultaneously, officials are being trained for the best use of social media. Apart from these two topics, three different workshops are being organized namely Congress ideology, Bharatiya Janata Party-Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's truth and 'Kisne spoila Uttar Pradesh'.
