Girl, 12, was violated by three youths in Ballia, UP.

Three teenagers, all between the ages of 19 and 20, raped a 12-year-old girl, according to local authorities on Friday.

According to Circle Officer, Rasra, Mohammad Faheem, Pankaj Yadav, Vishal Gupta, and Sugreev Gupta, who were charged under multiple IPC and POCSO Act provisions, were detained on Thursday.

The girl’s father said in his lawsuit that the three teenagers assaulted his daughter in March and April after luring her with flattering phone conversations.

After the encounter, the girl became mute and said she had just been raped on Wednesday, according to the police.
