Maximum 4,453 new cases of corona registered in one day in UP, 1630 patients died so far

Lucknow. During the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh , 4,453 new cases of Corona virus infection have been reported, which is the largest single day figure so far. The death toll reached 1630 on Friday, with 43 more deaths due to infection. Additional Chief Secretary (Medical and Health) Amit Mohan Prasad said that 4,453 new cases of infection have come up in the last 24 hours. The number of cases under treatment now stands at 39,968. Today there are 4453 new cases, the highest number of cases in a day in the state. Earlier on Thursday, 3765 new cases were reported, 57 people died due to infection on the same day, which is the highest number of deaths in one day. 

Prasad said that 48,663 people in the state have been fully treated and discharged from hospitals. So far 1630 people have died due to infection. Isolation wards are 34,973 people, who are undergoing treatment in various hospitals and medical colleges, while there are 2584 people in institutional isolation centers whose samples are being collected and tested. He said that a new record of investigation was made in the state on Thursday. A total of 1,15,618 samples were tested in a single day, which is also a record nationally. So far, a total of 23,25,428 samples have been tested in the state. On Thursday, 3358 pools of five samples were planted through pool testing, out of which 531 confirmed infections. 302 pools of 10 samples each were planted, out of which 30 were found infected.

Additional Chief Secretary told that 5,54,614 such people who received alerts through Arogya Setu, have been warned by calling from the control room of the Health Department and the Chief Minister Helpline that you have come in contact with some infected person. He informed that the work of surveillance is going on continuously. A total of 40,823 areas were serviced and 7,44,89,777 people in 1,47,08,791 homes. Prasad told the public not to be afraid of infection, be careful and alert and protect yourself from it. Wash hands repeatedly with soapy water. Go to public places with a mask, skull, scarf or handkerchief covering the mouth and nose and keep a distance of two yards from the other person. 

He said that strengthen the immunity of the body. Drink a decoction of basil, ginger and black pepper. Eat Giloy and Neem leaf. Drink celery extract. Drink warm water and do regular exercise and pranayama. Even if you are infected when your immunity is strong, the corona virus will not be able to do you any special damage.
