Mayawati speaks on the incident of girl child protection, safety of sisters and daughters is not included in BJP government policy
Lucknow \ New Delhi: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati strongly criticized the state government for the incident of a girl child protection home in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has said that strict action should be taken against the culprits by conducting an impartial inquiry into the entire matter. Mayawati tweeted on Tuesday that the state government remained indifferent to women's safety. The safety of sisters and daughters is not included in the government's policy.
He said that the BSP has demanded that the state government should not cover the incident of Kanpur Girl Child Protection Home, but take it seriously and take strict action against the culprits by conducting a high-level fair investigation. Also, it is better if all the girls of the state bring the necessary humanitarian reforms in the system of girls.
Mayawati alleged that it is only natural to run a wave of sensation and anxiety in Kanpur State Protection House due to the news of a lot of sisters and daughters getting corona infected and some getting pregnant. This incident again proves that the government remains indifferent, careless and irresponsible in respect of women in Uttar Pradesh, far from their honor.
The BSP leader said that earlier in the case of injustice to the Dalit daughter in Azamgarh, when the government took strict action, it came late, it seemed better, but it is clear from the incessant incidents with the daughters and daughters of Sarvajamaj That Azamgarh action was only an exception, not part of government policy.
