Mirzapur DM's strict order: Complete incomplete construction soon, negligence not ruined

Mirzapur: District Collector Pravin Kumar Laxkar met all block development officers of the district and Gram Panchayat officers in the collectorate and got information about the progress of works in their area. During this, the District Magistrate said that the Prime Minister should expedite the construction of the house and the houses should be constructed according to the standard set by the government.
Create a job card
He said that for this, all the Gram Panchayat officers and employment servants should ensure that the first level foundation of the housing in their respective areas is made in front of them so that the houses can be constructed as per standard. The District Magistrate said that the workers getting more than 90 days and 100 days less work in MNREGA works should ensure the completion of 100 works on priority basis. He also said that the Aadhar card should be taken with whatever job card is prepared and it should be lingered with the Aadhar card while making the job card and ensure that the Aadhar card is added to the old job cards.
Unfinished work should becompleted on priority basis
He said that the construction work including Poor Kalyan Rojgar Yojana, renovation of ponds, water conservation, and other incomplete works, which are incomplete, should be completed on a priority basis. He said that often complaints are received that under the MGNREGA technical assistant sits at their homes, strict action will be taken if found. He said that all the TAs will first go to their block headquarters at 10 am, after signing the register and marking the work they are going to go to in their area. He said that the progress of payment under MNREGA is less, and directed to increase the payment in time.
He said that advance reporting should not be done in any work, information should be provided for the work that is completed. Similarly, information was received about the progress of NRLM and CIF. He said that all Block Development Officers and Village Development Officers should work in coordination with each other. So that progress can be made in the work.
Completed incomplete construction of village panchayat
All gram panchayat officers should make progress in all panchayat buildings and community toilets within a week and if it is started, ensure that it is started within a week. He said that it has come to the notice that due to non-receipt of proposals from Gram Panchayats for pipe drinking water projects at 29 sites, land has not been available. All the Gram Panchayat officers should make a proposal to the Gram Panchayats by Monday and make it available to the District Panchayat Raj Officer by Monday so that work can be started by providing land at all the places.
He said that at this stage carelessness and hysteria will not be tolerated. Similarly, the rejuvenation scheme should also be completed by coordinating with the Basic Education Officer. The District Magistrate directed all the Block Development Officers and Gram Panchayat Officers that in view of the upcoming Panchayat elections, all officers should visit the election booths to be set up in their respective areas within a week, if there are any deficiencies, then immediately fix it He said that if there is a dilapidated building and room and the booths were built there first, then inspect the booth in the new and right room nearby.
Panchayat elections: must match voter list
He said that in view of the panchayat elections, the water lists must be matched once by the Block Development Officer. So that someone's character does not get the name of the person removed and whose name has to be removed due to the change of deceased and elsewhere, it should be corrected in time. Chief Development Officer Avinash Singh, Project Director DRDA Rishimuni Upadhyay, District Panchayat Raj Officer and all Block Development Officers were present in the meeting.
