A notice has been posted on behalf of the Prayagraj Development Authority at the house of Syed Maqsood Ahmed, brother of AIMIM district president Shah Alam, who is absconding after being nominated in the Atala uproar. This notice has been issued when even after a fortnight of the Atala uproar, Shah Alam has not been able to come under the custody of the police and his search has to be done. In the notice issued by the PDA, it has been asked to present its side on June 29 regarding the illegal construction. After these notices, once again the stress of the people nominated in the Atala ruckus has come to the fore.
A notice has been pasted at house number-37/18J located at Gausnagar in Kareli, where Shah Alam lives. This notice, issued on June 14, was pasted at the house of Syed Maqsood on June 24. A notice has been issued on behalf of Ajay Kumar, Zonal Officer of Zone-2 of this PDA, under Section 27(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973.
It has been said in this notice that without taking permission from the PDA, Maqsood has constructed an area of about 40 feet long and 50 feet wide on the pre-constructed ground floor and the first floor covering the road widening and set back at that site. The photo has also been put on the notice.
Shah Alam's brother Maqsood Ahmed has been summoned by the PDA regarding this illegal construction. It is being said that since this house is in the name of Alam's brother Maqsood Ahmed, this notice was issued in his name. Earlier, the PDA had demolished the house of Javed Pump, the mastermind of Atala Bawal, while the house is in the name of Javed's wife.
