Lucknow. Instructing Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to strictly enforce the restrictions in prohibited areas, on Friday said that caution is necessary at every level to break the chain of corona virus infection. Yogi said that restrictions should be strictly enforced in prohibited areas, but at the same time it should be ensured that there is no inconvenience in the availability of essential materials to the people living there. Instructing to deploy a special secretary level officer of the Department of Medical Education in the 'Integrated Command and Control Center' located at the state headquarters, he said that this will enable this center to do a better job. 

Yogi said that in order of the guidelines of the Government of India regarding Unlock-3.0 , the instructions of the State Government should be strictly followed. He instructed to carry out activities outside the prohibited area as per the prescribed guidelines. The Chief Minister was reviewing Unlock 3.0 at a high-level meeting convened at his government residence. The Chief Minister said that complete caution and vigilance is necessary at every level to break the chain of corona virus infection. Therefore people should be constantly aware about the prevention of infection.

He said that information should be given to the general public regarding the mandatory use of masks and maintaining the distance of two yards in the awareness campaign. More and more people should be encouraged to download Arogya Setu App and Ayush Kavach Kovid App. Expressing satisfaction over the 1.15 lakh Kovid-19 tests done daily, the Chief Minister said, "Door to door survey and contact tracing work should be done expeditiously. Ensure that there is no negligence in them. Mark the infected person and send him to the hospital in time to ensure his treatment. 

He said that CSR funds (corporate social responsibility) should be used for arranging additional ambulances. To keep ambulance personnel safe from infection, their training program should be continued continuously. Yogi instructed to provide all possible relief and help to the affected people in flood affected areas. He said, "Along with providing relief material to the affected people, proper medical arrangements should also be made for them. Fodder should be provided for animals. Additional boats should also be provided for relief work as per requirement. He instructed to ensure proper arrangement of green fodder for cow cattle in cow shelter site.
