Sanjeev Maheshwari Jeeva, a gang member, was shot and killed in Lucknow, and a three-member SIT is investigating the incident

The UP Chief Ministers Office (CMO) said today (June 7) that a three-person Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been established to look into the fire incident inside the Lucknow Civil Court. After being taken in for a hearing, gangster Sanjeev alias Jeeva was fatally murdered inside the courthouse. Later, the police acknowledged that the mobster had died as a result of his wounds.

“A three-member SIT, including Mohit Agarwal, ADG Technical; Joint CP, Lucknow, Nilabja Chaudhary, and Ayodhya IG Praveen Kumar, has been constituted to investigate the incident,” said an official statement from CMO.

Rahul Raj, the deputy commissioner of police (DCP), in Lucknow said, “Sanjeev Jeeva was shot at today and passed away from his wounds. Two of our officers were hurt as well, but they’re not in any danger. They are receiving therapy right now. I’ve heard that the attacker has been taken into custody.

Following the fire incident, attorneys protested in front of the Lucknow Civil Court.According to Agarwal, “a child was also hurt in the incident and was admitted to a trauma center.”

“Today, a criminal named Sanjeev Jeeva was shot. He was escorted to court by two police officers, who also got hurt. The incident also harmed a toddler, who was taken to a medical center, according to Upendra Kumar Agarwal, joint commissioner of police for Law and Order in Lucknow.

According to Surya Pal Gangwar, the district magistrate for Lucknow, the girl who was hurt in the event was stable and receiving care.

At the Lucknow civil court, Sanjeev alias Jeeva was fatally shot. Accused was taken into custody. The event also resulted in injuries to a female. She is undergoing therapy, and her status is stable. The inquiry is under progress, according to Surya Pal Gangwar.

The thug was being hauled before the court for a hearing after being charged with killing BJP politician Brahm Dutt. The incident was reported to DCP West and DCP Central, according to Assistant Commissioner of Police Sunil Kumar Mishra.
