After a few days, Gaurav's health deteriorated. He went to the village. He died during treatment here. After this, the family members buried the body in the garden near the village. A week after the burial of the dead body, his mother Chhabeela alias Sona filed a complaint with the police alleging that Anil, Mohit, Mahesh resident of Nemdhar Laxmikantganj Sangipur, who were accompanying in Mumbai, conspired to kill their son. In such a situation, the body should be removed from the ground and a post-mortem should be done so that the truth of death can come out.
The test report has to come from the lab in Lucknow
In this matter, on June 17, on the orders of the court, SDM Arun Kumar Singh, CO Ram Surat Sonkar, Sangipur CHC superintendent Dr. Anand Kumar Tiwari, under the supervision of JCB, excavated that place and found the skeleton of a young man buried deep there. He was taken out and sent for post-mortem. When the post-mortem report came, the cause of death could not be clarified. The injury was not proved. On this, some part of the skeleton has been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory, Lucknow for examination. CO Ram Surat Sonkar said that till now the report has not come from Lucknow. If the clue of murder is found in the report, the investigation and action will be taken accordingly. Along with this, the accused will also be arrested.
