UP: Bike MP's son not shot by bike riders, close relatives confessed

In Uttar Pradesh (Uttar pradesh) capital Lucknow (Lucknow), the entire story of shooting of bike riding miscreants by Ayush, son of BJP MP Kaushal Kishore, on Tuesday evening has turned out to be false. In the interrogation of the police in this case, only close relatives of Ayush have confessed to the crime. Earlier, the pistol that the police had found from the spot was the licensed gun of Ayush itself. Due to this, Ayush was also shot, due to which the suspicion of the police was deepened. The condition of 30-year-old Ayush is said to be stable and he is currently undergoing treatment at the trauma center of KGMU.

Late in the night, Ayush's brother-in-law had called the police and told them that they were both walking near the Chhatmiel intersection in Madiav area, during which some miscreants on the bike fired on them. However, this story is false in questioning and it is only his close relative who shot him from the pistol of Ayush. Ayush's brother-in-law also called 112 and informed the police about the incident. He told the police that he was walking ahead, then from behind he heard the speed of the bike passing and firing. When he looked back, Ayush was shot and he was lying on the ground. According to the information received, Ayush married his will and he was roaming in the milky area along with his brother-in-law. Ayush's mother Jaya Devi Kaushal is also a BJP MLA from Malihabad.

The family is also being interrogated

According to police sources, the police had initially suspected the story told by Ayush's brother-in-law. Ayush married to free will and when he left the house, his wife was also present at the house. At the moment the MP has refused to file a police complaint against anyone. Ayush had left the house after marriage and was living with a house on rent just a few miles away from the scene. Her family members were not happy with Aayush's love marriage, as well as the girl's family members were also angry. The pistol used by the police for the incident has been recovered from the spot itself.
