UP: BSP general secretary Satish Chandra Mishra will fight the case of gangster Vikas Dubey's 'daughter-in-law' Khushi Dubey, revealed by former minister Nakul Dubey

The case of Khushi Dubey, wife of Amar Dubey, who was a sharp shooter of gangster Vikas Dubey, who was killed in a police encounter after the Bikru incident, will now be fought by BSP National General Secretary Satish Chandra Mishra (Satish Mishra Fight Khushi Dubey Case). BSP leader and former minister Nakul Dubey told that Satish Mishra is ready to fight Khushi's case. Khushi Dubey is also called 'Bahu' of gangster Vikas Dubey because he considered Amar Dubey like a son. Khushi Dubey is currently lodged in jail and is accused of being involved in the Bikru police murder case.

In the case of killing of policemen in Bikru, Khushi Dubey was accused of conspiring. After which the police sent him to jail. But the Juvenile Justice Board had declared him a minor. Now former BSP minister Nakul Dubey has extended a helping hand towards him. He had already indicated that senior advocate Satish Mishra could fight Khushi Dubey's case.

Satish Mishra will fight Khushi Dubey's case

In Ayodhya, Nakul Dubey had said that if Khushi Dubey or any member of his family contacts Satish Mishra and offers to fight the case, then he can fight Khushi Dubey's case. Now it is clear that he will fight Khushi Dubey's case. Khushi Dubey, who was lodged in Barabanki jail, had suddenly deteriorated a few days ago, due to which she was admitted to the district hospital. Seeing the improvement in his health, the doctors referred him to Lucknow. However, now his health is said to be fine.

The killing of 8 policemen is a heinous crime

Actually the Allahabad High Court had rejected the bail application of Vikas Dubey's daughter-in-law Khushi Dubey. In the hearing held on July 16, the court had said that the killing of 8 policemen is not a normal thing but a heinous crime. This incident is going to shake the conscience of the society. Last year, infamous history sheeter Vikas Dubey had killed eight policemen, including the CO, in Bikru village in Kanpur. The whole incident was executed by Vikas Dubey along with his henchmen. After this, Amar Dubey, close to Vikas Dubey and sharp shooter, was killed by the police in an encounter in Hamirpur.
