UP TET Paper Leak: Shamli accused will be gangstered in paper leak, property will also be confiscated
By registering a case of Gangster Act against the accused of leaking the paper of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET), their property will also be confiscated. In fact, in the TET exam, three printing presses of Noida and Delhi were given the contract of printing. STF believes that the paper has been leaked during printing in the printing press. Only after the arrest of the soldier's teacher brother, it would be known from which printing press the paper was leaked.
STF is taking action ahead
After the arrest of Gaurav Malan, a resident of Hajiyapur Tappal in Aligarh, it became clear that the kingpin of leaking the paper is innocent Chaudhary, a resident of Gonda, Aligarh. Innocent is a teacher in a primary school in Aligarh. Innocent's brother Updesh Chaudhary is a constable in the UP Police, whose deployment was going on in Agra. Innocent and Updesh are absconding after the cancellation of TET exam. No location of the innocent's companion Vishnu is also being found. On the other hand, the investigation of Shamli police is also progressing. Action is being taken against Gaurav Malan, Dharmendra, Monu, Ravi, arrested by the STF, under the Gangster Act, so that their property can be confiscated under 14A.
Paper was sold for five lakh rupees
STF CO Brijesh Singh told that only after the arrest of innocent and Vishnu will know from which printing press the paper was leaked. Please tell that innocent had sold the paper to Gaurav Malan for five lakh rupees. Gaurav Malan sold the paper to Ravi, Dharmendra, Bablu and Monu for two lakhs each. The above four accused had collected 50-60 thousand rupees for teaching the paper to the candidates.

The arrested accused have also sat in other competitive examinations. His big gang is spread in other states also. The STF has also searched the old records of the accused who went to jail.
