Uttar Pradesh Scandal: Two Men Are Taken into Arrest for Harming and Threatening Young Sisters in Greater Noida

Greater Noida Police detained two men on suspicion of raping two young girls and blackmailing their families to extract Rs 10 lakh. The study claims that two young people, ages 25 and 23, who lived in the same hamlet as the survivors, sexually assaulted victims who were 13 and 15 years old.

The father of the daughters filed a complaint with the police on Sunday. He said that the accused had recorded his daughters after raping them, and that they had then used that footage to demand Rs 10 lakh from him since January 2024.

One of the accused is a factory worker who is married and has a child, according to the complaint the victim’s father submitted. The Times of India said that a FIR was filed against the two males at Beta 2 police station under sections 376 (rape), 384 (extortion), and pertinent provisions of the POCSO Act. Pawan Kumar, ACP-1, Greater Noida, confirmed this.

It was discovered after an inquiry that the guys had seduced the girls with promises of marriage. The children took money from their grandfather’s locker when he requested it.

When their grandpa opened his locker the previous week, he discovered that Rs 10 lakh was gone. A senior officer said, “The girls later admitted to having given it to the two men.” On Monday, the defendants were brought before a magistrate and placed under judicial detention.
