Suresh (30), a resident of Bardiya under Katarnia Ghat Range of Katarniaghat Wildlife Division, was guarding his farm near SSB Camp Karbala when a wild elephant attacked him. Slammed it with the trunk and stepped on it.
Hearing the noise, the people around ran but by then he had died. As soon as the incident was reported, Ranger Vijay Kumar Mishra reached with the team of Katarnia Forest Department.
