The internet had a field day as Temjen Imna Along’s “Meme Gaffe” while promoting Dzuko Valley goes viral

Without a doubt, Temjen Imna Along is one of the most well-liked BJP politicians from the northeast. And unlike other well-known political figures, this Nagaland minister is well-known due to his sense of humor and relevant perspective on current affairs. The Nagaland Minister is in the news once again for a humorous cause.

The minister shared a meme on his Twitter account to highlight Nagaland’s stunning Dzuko Valley. The meme gained quick popularity. However, the post’s ‘boomer-like’ error was not the main factor in the meme’s success.

Temjen Imna Along, a minister for Nagaland, uploaded a meme on his social media accounts with the message, “Give me one good caption for this.”

The Dzuko Valley in Nagaland and the Newlands Valley in the UK were contrasted in the video. The minister’s cutouts with their unique replies were taped in front of both photographs. The goal was to demonstrate that, like the UK, India had a beautiful valley. The’reaction graphics’ were adhered to the incorrect sides, turning the meme into a false one with the opposite message from the original.

When a netizen identified the error, they said, “Sir, I think you should flip your pics, the one with folded arms should appear against our land!” after pointing it out. The minister quickly acknowledged his perplexity and said, “Oh yes, I just noticed that, someone sent me in Whatsapp,”

The error was humorous since elderly people, commonly referred to as “boomers,” are frequently the cause of such misunderstandings. The internet users took the uncertainty to heart and enjoyed themselves. Even a rectified version of the meme was provided by one person in the comment section.

Aside from the error, the post itself is also becoming popular since viewers were quick to recognize the beauty of the area and the minister’s attempts to promote it using a meme.

“Ye Mera Ghar Hai.. Jo Swarg Hai,” one person said.Unbelievable Nagaland, said a second user. Another commented, “This is the first place in NE that is on my bucket list to visit.”
