After being discovered in a compromised position, a man and a girl were stripped in Bihar
In the Begusarai district of Bihar, a girl and a guy were reportedly found in a compromising situation and were then attacked by three people, who stripped them both down and beat them up, according to police.
An officer said that a video of the event that seemed to show the youngster and the male being attacked and being stripped by three people on Friday went viral on social media.
The guy, who is in his mid-40s and has been recognized as a music instructor, he said.
“Based on the victim’s account, we’ve detained the music instructor. According to Begusarai Superintendent of Police Yogendra Kumar, a case has been filed against the accused under the pertinent provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Section 67B of the Information Technology (IT) Act, and Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (sexual offenses).
According to the SP, the incident happened on Thursday, and a search is now underway to find the three people who attacked the youngster and the accused.
In addition to reviewing the footage, the police also submitted the two suspects’ clothing and other items they had found at the scene for forensic analysis, according to Kumar.
A team overseen by a senior female police officer has been assembled to look into the issue, according to the SP.
Additionally, the victim is being examined medically. Her testimony would be recorded in front of the magistrate as well, he continued.
