At 24, the son of a Bihar farmer becomes an assistant section officer at the Patna High Court

The town is abuzz with excitement for Sambhu Kumar, a farmer’s son from Bihar’s Araria area, whose perseverance has paid off handsomely. Not only has Sambhu shown his achievement via his unwavering resolve, but he has also motivated many around him to surmount obstacles in their pursuit of success. At the tender age of 24, Sambhu was appointed as an Assistant Section Officer in the Patna High Court.

Sambhu, a native of South Maheshwari in the Jogbani Municipal Council in the Araria district, attributes his achievement to his father, Jeevan Shah. The assistant section officer further said that Judge Shyam Nath Shah served as an inspiration. Sambhu said that it is only with the support of his role models that he has been able to start along the road toward reaching the summit.

Additionally, Sambhu Kumar said that he was chosen to take the SSC MTS and Havildar exams in 2022. Before being chosen for the position of Assistant Section Officer, he continued to work as a Havildar for three months.

Speaking about his early years, Sambhu said that Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Araria was where he initially received his elementary education, after which he attended Jogbani. Sambhu finished his intermediate studies at the same institution. Sambhu later graduated from IGNOU in 2016 and began preparing for the general competitive examinations.

Sambhu Kumar also spoke about the difficulties he had getting ready for the test. He said that he used to receive very little time for studying and that he just spent it getting ready. Sambhu attributes his accomplishments to his diligence as well as his parents’ and elders’ blessings. He went on to say that without hard work and the blessings of experience, one cannot reach the pinnacles of achievement. Additionally, he said that he has benefited from the mentorship of Judge Shyamnath and his instructor, Bhushan Bharti.

Guddi, Indu, and Saraswati are the names of Sambhu Kumar’s three sisters. He is the son of Jeevan Shah and Palti Devi.
