Adobe plans to provide Experience Platform-based apps via an Indian data center

Software giant Adobe said on Tuesday that its Experience Platform-based products would be made accessible for commercial clients via an India data center later in the year, in compliance with India’s data localization regulations.

The business claimed that by making this change, performance would be enhanced by reduced latency and local data residency requirements would be met.

According to Prativa Mohapatra, vice president and managing director of Adobe India, “we’ve seen increasing demand for Adobe Experience Platform-based applications from customers across banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, manufacturing, and retail.”

“With the availability of Adobe Experience Platform-based applications, hosted via an India-based data center, we are excited to meet their hyper-growth requirements,” she said.

Applications built on the Adobe Experience Platform, such as the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, will be accessible to Indian businesses via the data center.

Air India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Allianz, Tata Motors, and MakeMyTrip are just a few of the company’s current clients.
