How to dim the iPhone’s display in the evening so that it is more pleasant to watch

It may be taxing on our eyes to stare at our iPhones for extended periods of time, particularly in less lit areas like before bed. Thankfully, there’s a workaround: learn how to reduce your iPhone screen below the default brightness levels.
Please be aware that lowering the brightness level below what Apple has chosen will not be simple. However, it is feasible with a few workarounds.

All you have to do is take the following actions:
Diminish the white point
On your iPhone, open Settings.
Choose the accessibility option.
Select the Accessibility Shortcut by swiping down.
Drag Reduce White Point to the top of the list by tapping on it.
To access the Accessibility Shortcut menu, triple-click the Side button on your iPhone and choose Reduce White Point.

This will make the display on your iPhone less bright than it usually is.
Put the white point back.
Triple-click the Side button once again, then touch Reduce White Point to uncheck it and bring the white point back to its usual setting.
However, doing it by hand all the time might become old. Here’s how you automate it, then.
Tap the + icon after launching the Shortcuts app.
Enter “White Point” into the search bar, and when it comes up, choose Set White Point.
Toggle may be selected from the drop-down menu by tapping the blue “Turn” lettering.
Once the shortcut has been created, click the Automation tab, press the Add icon, and then choose Sleep.
After selecting Run Immediately and Bedtime Begins, choose your preferred Set White Point shortcut.
Now, when it’s time for bed, your screen’s white point will automatically decrease.
In the Shortcuts app, create another automation by selecting Waking Up rather than Bedtime Begins.
Make your own Set White Point shortcut selection.
This guarantees that when you go to bed, your screen will go back to its usual brightness.
