After “Laal Singh Chadha,” Aamir Khan says he wants to work on “age-appropriate” love movies

Aamir Khan, who last starred with Kareena Kapoor Khan in “Laal Singh Chadha,” recently said that he was prepared to return to acting. After his last scandal, the actor also said that he wanted to work on “age-appropriate” love roles.

Aamir and his ex-wife Kiran Rao spoke about a number of topics pertaining to their personal and professional life in an interview with News18.In response to a question about his hiatus from employment after “Laal Singh Chaddha” came out in 2022, the actor said he had taken a brief leave of absence to be with his family. After years of being preoccupied with business, Khan emphasized the value of spending time with family and said he has utilized the last two years to forge close bonds with them. He said that he has already begun filming his next movie, which is set to release on February 1, and that he is eager to go back to work.
The Dangal actor said in the same interview his desire to return to the big screen with films that touch his heart and spirit. He said that he would go on in the same way as before, choosing to work on projects that he finds personally fascinating. Aamir made it clear that he wanted to work on projects that really spoke to and affected his heart.

The actor went on to elaborate, expressing excitement in experimenting with other film genres. The 3 Idiots actor offered his viewpoint when asked whether he would be involved in love movies at his age, speculating that romantic parts could be less popular for someone his age. He did, however, emphasize that the character must be appropriate for the kid’s age and said that he was open to exploring any genre. Aamir said that although he is open to working in a variety of genres, the role’s suitability for him given his age is a critical factor.
Aamir Khan smiled as he replied to questions about how they stay cheerful after their split: “There is no medical advice suggesting that divorce turns people into instant enemies.”
