Many people like Jaideep Ahlawat’s on-screen performances. The Jaane Jaan actor confessed in a recent interview that, despite not seeing himself on TV, he made an exception for his wildly popular series Paatal Lok and Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi. Ahlawat stated that Alia Bhatt and Meghna Gulzar ‘threatened’ to ban his contact number before he consented to watch Raazi.
It’s common to have effects from job. For the first time ever, I began getting nightmares while watching Raazi. I never had nightmares before. But I became frightened because I was so immersed in the realm of espionage at the time and had read so much about it. I began to experience nighttime waking up with a start for the first time in my life. I would see individuals fleeing from weapons and explosions. Speaking to his Jaane Jaan co-star Saurabh Sachdeva in Hindi, Jaideep made the following statement.
“Only after Meghna and Alia threatened to ban my number did I watch Raazi. I attended the fourth showing,” he said.
Jaideep recalled another instance from the Raazi sets, describing how they were pressed for time on the last day of a Patiala shoot when he also had to do a close-up sequence. He said that even though Meghna couldn’t see anything on the monitor, she assured him that everything would be OK and that they would film three separate takes. The performer, however, felt a lot of strain because of the producers’ faith.
In its 2018 release, Raazi, Alia Bhatt portrays Sehmat Khan, an undercover RAW agent who marries into a Pakistani household. Everyone loved the movie a lot.
