“Dark Period” is how Priyanka Chopra candidly discusses her experiences with fear and loneliness in Hollywood

The renowned actress and worldwide superstar Priyanka Chopra has spoke candidly about the difficult beginnings of her Hollywood career. During her early troubles in the business, Priyanka spoke candidly about her feelings of anxiety and loneliness in an interview with Cavanaugh James on the podcast “Read the Room.”

The performer, who is presently preparing for her next movie, “Heads of State,” spoke about how being rejected in Hollywood taught her humility. Priyanka persevered in the face of obstacles, saying, “I put my head down and did my work.” I refrained from flaunting my status as a leading woman and blah blah. That is what made it possible for me to get the job I have today.”

Priyanka acknowledged feeling terrified and alone at the difficult time, particularly in a big city like New York. She stressed how important it was to have pals who could contact you at two in the morning—a support system she didn’t have at that time.

For those who are not aware with Priyanka’s background, she won the Miss World 2000 contest to launch her career. She debuted as an actress in the Tamil film Thamizhan, and she went on to become well-known in Bollywood with the movies Andaaz, Aitraaz, and Fashion. Priyanka has shown her versatility in movies like as The White Tiger, Bajirao Mastani, and Mary Kom. Additionally, she had a noteworthy appearance in The Matrix Resurrections.

Love Again, Priyanka’s most recent Hollywood project, demonstrated her skill in the romantic comedy genre. But fans are most looking forward to her next big screen role in the movie Heads of State, which stars Idris Elba and John Cena.
