In a new promo, Anupamaa declines to stand by her son after his arrest in a theft case

Produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut Productions, the television series Anupamaa has won praise from critics around the world for its gripping narrative and excellent acting. The next episode of the drama is expected to enthrall fans with a captivating turn in the tale of Anupamaa and her son Toshu. When Anupamaa finds out that Toshu has been involved in illegal activities, she promises to give him a lesson.

A new teaser for the program was posted on Star Plus’ Instagram account by the creators. Anupama begins the promotional video by reflecting on the special relationship that exists between a mother and her child. She says this so beautifully: “Bachcha jab tak maa ki ungli pakad kar chalta hai, woh use har kadam par sambhalti hai.” Zindagi mein aage sikhati hai badhna. Par par patthar rakh kar maa dard bhi seh leti hai, aulaad se koi jurm ho jaye toh. A mother helps a kid go ahead in life by holding onto her hand and guiding them through each step. However, a mother carries the weight of a stone on her chest when her child commits a crime.

The teaser goes on to show Anupamaa approaching Toshu and telling him that he was involved in the heist, even if she is being accused of doing the same. Toshu begs Anupamaa for assistance while apologizing and acknowledging his serious error. Anupamaa, however, adamantly refuses to assist, telling him that her new outlook forbids her from making such a large sacrifice—not even for her kid.

Toshu ke gunhaon ka bojh nahin uthaayegi Anupama was the caption that accompanied the teaser. Thus, how come Maa and Bete are not able to have a healthy relationship?
