Social media has been buzzing for the last several days about Nora Fatehi’s most recent remarks on “feminism” and its effects on society. Actors Shriya Pilgaonkar, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Sonali Bendre have now responded to the remark by sharing their own opinions on feminism.

According to Shriya, people don’t look up the meaning of feminism on Google. It is not about being the best, but rather about equal rights. She thinks that many individuals identify as feminists without even realizing it, but they don’t identify as such because they mistakenly assume that feminism entails “male-bashing.” Jaideep agreed with Shriya’s assertion as well.

Actress Sonali continued, saying that many people find it uncomfortable because the term “feminism” has come to mean “male-bashing.” Instead of aiming for supremacy, everyone wants equal rights. Wishing for a balanced society is prompted by this imbalance, and issues arise when the scales fail to balance one another.

“The Broken News 2,” which is directed by Vinay Vaikul, tells the story of how politicians and the media are connected and how this affects elections. Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Faisal Rashid, Taaruk Raina, and Indraneil Sengupta are also featured in the program. On May 3, it will debut on OTT.
