‘Kalki 2898 AD Part 1’, starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, was been officially unveiled at the San Diego Comic-Con to a lot of excitement. One of the most anticipated movies of 2024, the teaser has received around 20 million views to far.

The movie, tentatively dubbed “Project K,” will hit theaters on January 12, 2024, according to its producers. Now, a rumor in India Today suggests that the movie’s producers may move the debut date to May 9, 2024.

The movie’s producer, Ashwini Dutt, picked May 9 since it was the day of the release of some of his previous box office successes, including “Mahanati” and “Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari,” which have a particular place in his heart.

In addition to this, there is still a ton of work to be done on the project since it uses a lot of visual effects and because of online trolling after the release of Prabhas’ first movie still, the directors want to go over every little aspect to ensure that their audience has the greatest possible experience.

The film was made at a staggering budget of Rs 600 cr and is directed by Nag Ashwin.
