On Day 2, “Satyaprem Ki Katha” mints Rs 7 crore

The “Satyaprem Ki Katha” starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani had a “bare minimal drop” on its second day of domestic box office sales, the producers said on Saturday.

The movie, which was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Namah Pictures, debuted on Thursday throughout the nation. The film made Rs 9.25 crore on its first day.

The producers of “Satyaprem Ki Katha” said in a press release that “its pure love story and strong impactful social message” had pleased the audience.

“Since the movie was released on the holiday of Eid al-Adha, it has received great word-of-mouth. The movie faced the next working Friday, but only had a very little decline on a working day, collecting 7 crore on day two, according to the announcement.

Director of the highly acclaimed 2019 Marathi movie “Anandi Gopal” and National Award-winning director Sameer Vidwans’ musical romance drama “Satyaprem Ki Katha”

Aaryan and Advani, who most recently appeared in the horror comedy “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2,” are reunited in the movie.

Gajraj Rao, Supriya Pathak, and Rajpal Yadav are featured in “Satyaprem Ki Katha” as well.
