Preponed to open on THIS day, Disney’s Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

Now that Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is scheduled to hit theaters earlier than anticipated, fans may celebrate. A new release date for the movie Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes has been announced by the production team. The movie, which was scheduled to premiere in theaters on May 24th, has been pushed back two weeks. May 10th is now the planned release date for The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.

Social media was used by fans to express their enthusiasm over its impending arrival. “Definitely am ready for this movie,” a person said. The comment “This one seems good, I thought the third one was the last one” was posted by another user. The third user said, “They were supposed to release it on May 24…now on May 10, Good”.

War of the Planet of the Apes is followed by The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. The movie is set many generations after Caesar’s rule, when humans have been relegated to living in shadows and apes have become the dominant species living in harmony. One young ape embarks on a terrifying adventure that will make him doubt all he has ever known about the past and make decisions that may shape the future for both apes and humans as a new, despotic ape king establishes his dominion.

Directed by Wes Ball, who is best known for films like the Maze Runner trilogy. The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes stars Owen Teague, Freya Allan, Kevin Durand, Peter Macon and William H.Macy. Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Patrick Wilson wrote the script. Wes Ball, Joe Hartwick, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Jason Reed are the film’s producers; executive producers are Jenno Topping and Peter Chernin.
