Says Lola Glaudini On the “Blow” set, Johnny Depp branded her a “F—ing Idiot,” but the sound technician refutes such charges

After a co-star claimed that Johnny Depp “berated” her during the filming of their movie “Blow,” the famous actor has come under scrutiny once again.
Actor Lola Glaudini’s accusations against Depp were made public after an earlier this year edition of the podcast “Powerful Truth Angels” made a reappearance online. The actress spoke about her experiences on the film set in the discussion.

Glaudini related a story about how director Ted Demme of “Blow” told her to chuckle during a scene in which Johnny Depp gave a monologue. But when she did what the director had instructed, she said, Depp became angry and started calling her names and scolding her for ‘pulling attention’.
Glaudini said on the podcast how Depp accused her of “disturbing” his performance, gesturing his finger at her face and cursing at her. She said that seeing “This was my first studio movie” made her cry.
On the show, she said that she didn’t hear from any members of the production crew. “I felt like an outcast. I am the b***h that he (Depp) berated; thus,, no one wanted to speak to me.”
“Johnny always prioritises good working relationships with cast and crew and this recounting differs greatly from the recollection of other members on set at the time,” Depp’s agent said in response to Variety’s inquiry over his character.
Samuel Sarkar, the movie’s sound specialist, refuted Glaudini’s assertions, saying, “I would listen to Johnny’s audio to check for interference, both during rehearsals and during the take. That would have been an amazing occurrence, and I have never heard anything like that.
The last time Depp made headlines was during his acrimonious divorce from Amber Heard. After winning the lawsuit, the actor was ordered to pay $5 million in punitive penalties in addition to $10 million in compensatory damages, or compensation for libel.
