Sunny Deol Is Joyous Following the Success of Gadar 2

Gadar 2 has received a resoundingly positive reception from the public ever since its publication. The movie office success of the Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel film shows no signs of slowing down. Now that Gadar 2 has joined the Rs 300 Crore club, it has been stated that the movie is poised to smash the records of all-time blockbusters like PK and Dangal. But according to Sunny Deol, who played Tara Singh again in the sequel, he wasn’t planning on getting that kind of reaction.

“I am indeed very happy,” the actor said in a Bollywood Hungama interview with Subhash K Jha. We had no idea the audience would like the second half of Gadar as much as they did when we performed it. Two whole generations have passed since we performed the first Gadar, as you correctly noted. People are still as enthusiastic as they were the first time. I’m astonished and ecstatic. To keep the film business afloat, we need some hits.

The actor continued by sharing his “secret formula” for maintaining the same appearance and magnetism as in the original Gadar, saying, “I don’t know! Why am I referred to as Paaji? I don’t even feel my age. I don’t give my age much thought. I never engaged in it. Regardless of my age, I’ve always done my job to the best of my ability,” he said.

Sunny Deol and the Gadar 2 crew want to go on a lengthy national tour after the success of the movie. He revealed,

“We need to take care of the love of everyone. As a result of their unwavering support for our movie, we have travel plans to a number of places. I can’t believe how many people still adore me.

Gadar 2 was released on August 11 and stars Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel. It is an authorised remake of the 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The 1971 Indo-Pak War serves as the setting for Gadar 2. In the follow-up, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s characters Tara Singh and Sakeena are happily married, while Charan Jeet Singh, who was portrayed by Utkarsh Sharma in the first film’s child part, is now an adult. Their lives are perfect, then Charan Jeet ends himself in Pakistan due to a change of circumstances. Later, Tara Singh goes back to Pakistan to save his kid.
