Superstars Rakshit Shetty and Yash cast ballots and emphasize the value of polls

Superstar and “KGF” star Yash voted on Friday at Hosakerehalli in Bengaluru for the Lok Sabha elections.

“We must cast our votes. As soon as we are granted the ability to vote, we must get used to using it,” Yash said.

“We need to call and vote at each level. This time around, there are more voters than there were the previous. This is a positive step forward. Everybody’s viewpoint has to be respected in a democracy. India has established a reputation for itself globally. We should take advantage of this chance and proceed,” he said.

Rakshit Shetty, the Kannada celebrity known for Charlie 777, also participated in the voting process at the Kukkikatte Aided Private Primary School in Udupi city. Rakshit went to the voting place near his house with his family.

Rakshit said, “I am settled in Bengaluru for 18 years,” after the election. Each and every time I go to Udupi, which is 402 kilometers from Bengaluru, to cast my ballot. I’m excited to go back to my hometown of Bengaluru to cast my ballot. I left on Thursday night and arrived at Udupi.

“It is our duty and right to cast a ballot. It has to do with my role, my nation, and my obligation. It makes me joyful. After seeing the changes over the previous five years, I gave my vote. I cast my vote considering who should be elected to the next five-year term. I consider my options, consult with political analysts, and then choose who to support,” Rakshit said.
