The Mumbai Diaries 2 trailer has been out. Mohit Raina and Konkona Sen Sharma tell a terrifying story of the 2005 floods fighting against the inadequate Indian healthcare system

The 2021 publication of Mohit Raina’s “Mumbai Diaries” was met with overwhelmingly positive reviews from both reviewers and fans. Following the first season’s enormous popularity, Prime Video has returned with a second, intriguing season that promises to portray the horrific real-life effects of the worst floods Mumbai has seen in years. The catastrophic storm took thousands of lives and left many people homeless, including those caught in dense traffic and those whose bridges collapsed throughout the city. The challenges of the troops on the front lines during the natural disaster are the main subject of the second season.

On September 29, the creators of the web series published the series’ official trailer. The difficulties of the medical professionals, who toiled day and night to save many lives, were highlighted in the trailer. The teaser also highlighted the storm’s aftermath and teases a story with terrifyingly dramatic moments.

In the clip, Mohit Raina can be seen struggling with PTSD and doubting his capacity to handle such trying circumstances. Mumbai Diaries is a medical thriller set in the Emergency Room of a government hospital, according to the web series’ official description. The show examines the difficulties encountered by the hospital’s medical staff and other first responders in Mumbai as they attempt to manage a crisis of enormous proportions. The people who are repairing things are the most broken in this fight to save lives and heal others.

Konkona Sen Sharma, Natasha Bhardwaj, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Tina Desai, Prakash Belawadi, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Ridhi Dogra, and Shreya Dhanawanthary all play significant parts in the web series. Season 2 of Mumbai Diaries will debut on October 6, 2023.
